The Blue Orchid Resort Moalboal, Moalboal

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the outdoor area is quite nice and the access to the reef is superb, the rooms were a huge letdown. I found them dingy, dull, and not at all what I expected from a resort. The dining options were basic, and the fact that they only took cash was quite inconvenient. Overall, if you're not focused on diving, I would suggest looking for alternatives.

I had an amazing experience at the resort! The diving was truly spectacular with unique marine life just a boat ride away. The rooms were spacious and offered great views of the sea. The only downside was the need to take a short trike ride for dining options outside the resort, but the peaceful atmosphere made up for it. Overall, it’s a perfect place for anyone looking to relax and dive.
